Having spent years working in both hotels and retail travel, Dom is known for his service-oriented approach and expertise in crafting custom travel itineraries, particularly the tricky airfares that most people avoid. He’s passionate about hotels that offer more than just a place to stay and is always on the lookout for sustainable travel options to share with his customers. And let’s not forget his love of food—Dom believes the best way to explore the world is one bite at a time, with Sri Lanka and Hong Kong among his favourites.
Above all, Dom is driven by a desire to leave both people and places better than he found them. Whether it’s mentoring his team, helping clients create unforgettable travel memories, or supporting businesses with a purpose, Dom finds joy in making a positive impact.

Tom’s passion for travel began at a young age. He took his first independent trip at 16, and by the age of 18, he had already explored over 20 countries! The excitement of discovering new places, immersing himself in diverse cultures, and embracing the adventure of the unknown fuelled his love for travel. Now, with 63 countries and counting under his belt, Tom continues to live a life driven by his passion for exploration.
For Tom, there’s no better feeling than watching a faraway sunset, relaxing with a cold drink in hand, and observing the world and its people go by. His personal travel experiences are as diverse as they are thrilling—ranging from climbing Kilimanjaro and trekking to Everest Base Camp, to tracking cheetahs in the Serengeti National Park and soaking in the natural beauty of Tahiti. With countless adventures in between, Tom’s journey is one of constant exploration and discovery.

Jen’s life has always revolved around travel. After years spent exploring the world—including time living in Germany and China—she landed her first job in the industry thanks to the agent who booked her one-way ticket to Beijing. More than 12 years on, she’s become the kind of trusted travel planner people return to again and again.
Having travelled in just about every way—backpacking, road tripping, island hopping, city exploring, sailing, and luxe weekend escapes—Jen brings real-world insight into what different travellers want (and need). She’s especially in her element when piecing together complex itineraries and managing the finer details most wouldn’t think to consider.
Well-connected to her community, Jen has partnered with Rotary clubs, schools, surf groups, and local operators to make group travel smooth, thoughtful, and stress-free.
